Our Culinary Team of Experts

The culinary concepts for Catch Twenty-Three were developed by proprietor Rob Wicker, in tandem with nationally-renowned Chef Will Greenwood. Greenwood was named the “Best Chef in America” by the American Academy of Restaurants in 1996 and Chef of the Year in 1994 from the National Restaurant Association. Our current chef, Delroy Powell, was born in raised in Jamaica and brings a lifetime of Caribbean culinary expertise to his role.

The menu at Catch-Twenty Three is ever-evolving, and it is our mission to bring our guests some of the very best cuisine in Tampa. Our aim is to not only to use the finest seafood, meat and produce possible, but also to stay true to our Caribbean inspiration in every dish we serve.
